Key Responsibilities Advise clients on clinical investigation logistics, providing the best solutions tailored to their needs. Understand and communicate logistical requirements for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities, including site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress and results. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, proposing corrective actions as needed. Participate in the development of project proposals, budgets, and timelines. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in clinical trials management. Work closely with the Project Manager I to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge transfer. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard working hours. Environmental Conditions: Office environment.
