Clinical Trainer - Also Open to PCD Public

Develop and implement clinical training for clients, distributors, and commercial team, ensuring technical excellence, quality standardization, and regulatory compliance. Develop and minister clinical trainings in person and digitally. Train clinical trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery. Ensure that all training materials are accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities. Collaborate with the training department to develop and implement new training programs. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve training content and methods. Participate in the development of training plans, objectives, and evaluations. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and commercial team. Ensure that all training activities are aligned with company goals and objectives. Monitor and report on training progress and results. Identify and address any gaps or areas for improvement in training programs. Provide support to clinical trainers to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to deliver high-quality training.
