Clinical Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities: • Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. • Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. • Ensure that all patient care activities are aligned with Georgia Hospice Care's mission, vision, values, and policies. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs or services. • Provide education and training related to clinical practice, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Requirements: • Current RN license in the state of Georgia. • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN in hospice care or a related field. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
