Overview: Become an RN Clinical Supervisor with Georgia Hospice Care We are looking for impeccable leaders to join our team who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a clinical supervisor at Georgia Hospice Care you'll manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. The clinical supervisor will oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring that all patient care activities are aligned with Georgia Hospice Care's mission, vision, values, and policies. Responsibilities: • Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. • Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. • Ensure that all patient care activities are aligned with Georgia Hospice Care's mission, vision, values, and policies. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs or services. • Provide education and training related to clinical practice, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Requirements: • Current RN license in the state of Georgia. • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN in hospice care or a related field. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
