Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Meridian, ID. As a Clinical Social Worker with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will have a strong foundation in clinical social work, with experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Social Worker with Thriveworks, you will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our policies and procedures. What You Will Do Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based practices and techniques. Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive care to clients. Participate in our innovative training programs and workshops, designed to help you stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and research in the field. Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
