At Nelson Tasman Hospice, we provide compassionate, specialist palliative care that supports patients and their whānau to live every moment with dignity, respect, and comfort. We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Services Director (CSD) to join our senior leadership team, Te Kāhui Manukura, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of hospice care in our region. This senior role operates across our services, including clinical, education, research, and community engagement. As CSD, you will be responsible for leading and managing our multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care, while also fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will work closely with the Hospice Manager and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our organizational goals and values.
