What We’re Looking For

We’re recruiting for a Clinical Services Manager to provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to a 44-bed aged care facility in Timaru. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who’s ready to take the next step into management. You’ll work alongside a supportive Care Home Manager and a close-knit team to maintain high standards of care, drive quality improvements, and ensure residents and their whānau feel genuinely supported.

Your Background

• NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
• 3–5+ years post-registration experience, ideally in aged care
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams
• Knowledge of interRAI, eCase, and health & disability sector standards
• Strong communication and decision-making skills with a compassionate, hands-on approach
• Integrity, warmth, and the ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team
