Clinical Research Project Lead/ Head (Ophthalmology/ Medical Device)

Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of clinical research studies. Coordinate and oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of study data. Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Conduct site visits to monitor study progress and ensure adherence to study procedures. Manage study documentation, including case report forms and informed consent documents. Collaborate with study investigators and study team members to ensure successful project outcomes. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including study sites, sponsors, and regulatory agencies. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
