Partners with the investigator and site staff for meaningful and effective engagements positioning AbbVie as the choice in clinical trials. Focus on site clinical research coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong relationships with investigators and their teams. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AbbVie's products and pipelines to effectively communicate value and benefits to investigators and their teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for investigator engagement and site management. Utilize advanced data analytics tools to drive insights, identify trends, and optimize clinical trial performance. Drive industry leading performance by leveraging new advanced capabilities, staying up-to-date on the latest scientific advancements, and applying innovative thinking to solve complex problems. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in clinical research coordination.
