Job Title: Freelance Clinical Procurement Specialist

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Freelance / Interim
Duration: 18 months (with potential extension)
Start Date: Beginning week of November

Role Overview:

We're looking for a freelance Clinical Procurement Specialist to support clinical sourcing activities across global trials. You'll work closely with Clinical Operations and R&D teams to manage vendor selection, contracts, and procurement strategy - all while keeping timelines tight and compliance watertight.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sourcing and contracting for CROs, labs, clinical logistics, and trial supplies.
Run RFPs, negotiate terms, and onboard vendors in line with GxP and internal SOPs.
Collaborate with clinical teams to align procurement with study timelines.
Support audits, vendor performance reviews, and risk mitigation.
Maintain procurement documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

3+ years in clinical or R&D procurement (pharma, biotech, or CRO).
Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and vendor landscape.
Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
