Clinical Nurse Manager Newcastle, Northeast £56,000 to £61,000 per year This role is full-time working 37.5 hours per week; however, flexible working options or term-time only working will be considered. My client is one of the largest regional charities, supporting people with a range of learning and physical needs. They take a person-centred, flexible approach to the care and support they provide. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. They will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, and will be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the service. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, with experience of working in a similar role or as a senior nurse. They will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and will be able to prioritise tasks and manage their time efficiently. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred care, and will be able to work with people with a range of needs and abilities. They will be able to work flexibly, and will be able to adapt to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a strong sense of humour and a positive attitude. They will be able to work independently, and will be able to take initiative and make decisions. They will be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment, and will be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
