Clinical Nurse Manager – Katherine NT
Location: Katherine, Northern Territory
Work Type: Full Time (Contract Term – Dec 2025 to Oct 2026, with possible extension)
About the Role: Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support clinical operations across Katherine Aged Care and Nursing Home.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide strong leadership to nursing teams, oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, and ensure clinical governance standards are consistently achieved.

- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing and care teams.
- Coordinate and oversee the quality and safety of resident care.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and clinical governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural care teams.
- Promote a supportive, high-performing, and person-centred care culture.
- Lead policy review and implementation to enhance clinical practice.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven clinical leadership experience, ideally in aged care.
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and governance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
- Confident using clinical systems and technology.
- Willing and ready to relocate to Katherine, NT (relocation provided).
