What We’re Looking For We’re recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Leader with a strong orthopaedic or spinal theatre background. This role is perfect for someone with existing leadership experience — or the potential to develop it. The ideal candidate will have: • A current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Australia, and/or be eligible for registration; • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent; • At least 3 years’ experience working in an orthopaedic or spinal theatre setting; • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
