About the Firm:

The Role:

• Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters (pre-litigated and litigated)
• Work collaboratively within the Claimant Personal Injury team
• Handle high-value and complex claims with professionalism and care
• Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and clients
• Attend Court hearings and client meetings
• Draft documents, briefs, instructions and schedules
• Value claims and conduct settlement negotiations

About You:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Clinical Negligence (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
• Proven billing history and experience with high-value claims
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Experience in a target-driven, commercial environment (advantageous)
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and professionalism
