Clinical Manager

Step into a clinical governance role, where your leadership expertise genuinely shapes resident wellbeing and team culture. This 90-bed village aged care facility, offers Hospital, Rest Home & Dementia level care, as a close-knit environment. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you are a key part of the leadership team. You'll guide clinical excellence, nurture capability, and build trusted relationships with residents, families, your staff. Alongside a supportive Village Manager and Regional Manager, you'll have room to lead with confidence.

What you'll be doing

• You will champion best-practice clinical care, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee clinical operations including audits, health and safety, and effective workforce planning.
• Mentor and grow a skilled nursing team through coaching, development, and daily support.
• Build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and whānau, responding to needs and feedback with empathy.

What you'll bring

• Current NZNC Registered and practicing certificate.
• Proven leadership in aged residential care
• Confidence in audit processes, clinical oversight, and H&S responsibilities.
• A people-first approach - steady, supportive, and clear in your communication.
