Critical to your success will be skills and experience as follows:

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
• 5 years of experience working as a RN with a passion for Aged care
• Proven clinical leadership skills with a focus on people performance
• Well-developed customer service skills
• Be solution orientated & can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Strong organisational skills & ability to meet competing priorities
• Exceptional planning and reporting skills
• Ability to identify and manage risk, creating a behavioural safe culture
• InterRAI trained

What you have to do:

• Staff management and leadership
• Compliance and quality monitoring
• Coach, mentor and guide clinical staff on best practices
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional residential care and support
