Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager - Hospital

ABOUT THE ROLE As Clinical Mental Health Lead / Deputy of a Barchester Hospital, you'll work closely with the Hospital Director, taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help create an environment that's caring, supportive and safe for your patients and team. It's a role of leadership that will see you providing clinical leadership across the hospital, making sure we're complying with regulations and legislation and delivering against quality key performance indicators. A key part of this role will be to work closely with the Hospital Director to ensure that the hospital is running smoothly and that our patients are receiving the best possible care. You'll also be responsible for supporting the development of our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide the best possible care to our patients.
