Clinical Lead - Physiotherapist
Job description
Step into this leadership role whereby you can influence a new generation of Clinicians, giving direction and support with quality practices. Great role to be your first step, in developing a leadership / management career in Allied Health services. You will be mentoring along with showcasing your own skills as you pick up a caseload of clients working with MSK clients. Based in Dunedin work with a reputable rehabilitation company who knows how to develop you to reach your potential.
What you can expect

- Salary up to $110K with incentives
Role entails:
- Lead a small team of physio clinicians as direct reports
- Focus on process improvements and client outcomes
- Be solution orientated, create an efficient work environment
- Collaborate with Service team leads & Regional Manager
- Identify key stakeholders and form working relationships
What you need:
- More than 5 years' experience as a Physiotherapist
- Leadership skills, be able to influence clinicians
- Current full Driver's Licence
- Full knowledge of NZ Rehabilitation health sector
