Clinical Lead - Physio

What you'll be doing:
Lead the delivery and performance of the ACC SAW contract in the Wellington region
Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team in the community
Triage referrals, allocate cases, and keep quality of care front of mind
Maintain your own clinical caseload to stay hands-on and connected
Drive outcomes by meeting KPIs and contributing to service goals

What you'll need:
NZ registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a current APC
Solid working knowledge of ACC contracts and funding streams
Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a rehab or community setting
Strong communication and coordination skills - you're a natural organiser and motivator
