Clinical Lead - Integrated Mental Health Service

• FTE: Full-time ongoing position available
• Location: Based in and around the Toowoomba (homelands of the Jagera, Giabal, and Jarowair peoples) area with outreach required
• Salary: $46 - $56.47 per hour depending on experience and qualifications + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Your role, your impact
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care, while driving service excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement across governance, compliance, and team development.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership across all Hub service streams ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care
• Lead clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development of clinicians, promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
• Support the implementation of clinical governance and quality improvement frameworks
• Build strong relationships with consortia partners and community stakeholders
• Oversee service performance, compliance, and risk management processes

Who we’re looking for

• Extensive clinical experience in the mental health sector, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, team leadership, and service development
• Skilled in assessment, evidence-based interventions, and crisis management
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally safe practice
• Commitment to inclusive and person-centred care, particularly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQ+ communities, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel for outreach and engagement
