Clinical Facilitator - Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse

Role Summary JDJ Diagnostic Laboratory is seeking a qualified and passionate Registered Nurse with midwifery to support clinical integration and patient care within our diagnostic services Practitioner, the incumbent will enhance the continuum of care by liaising between patient management and laboratory diagnostics, in strict alignment with ISO 15189:2022 standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities Conduct patient interviews, basic physical assessments, and documentation for lab-related procedures. Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. Provide education and support to patients and families. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions and outcomes. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to ensure adherence to ISO 15189:2022 standards. Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection principles. Ensure timely and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of laboratory diagnostic services and patient management. Provide education and support to patients and families on laboratory diagnostic services and patient management. Participate in peer review and quality control processes to ensure high-quality patient care. Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
