Clinical Engineering Technician

Are you an experienced Clinical Engineering Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in the healthcare sector? Join a large health-based organisation, where you'll play a key role in the maintenance, repair, calibration, and safety testing of medical equipment. The client will also consider Junior Clinical Engineering Technicians. This role is a 6 month assignment working 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Assist with installation and commissioning of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations; Conduct routine maintenance tasks on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance; Perform calibration and safety testing of medical equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to medical equipment; Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of medical equipment, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
