Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in 10 of our care homes; in areas including Stanwell, Bushey, Hampstead, Chalfont St Peter, Islington, Chorleywood, Enfield, High Wycombe and Harrow. You'll be expected to support the performance of each home ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards. Reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home; identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary. This role will also involve working closely with the Home Managers to ensure that all homes are meeting the required clinical standards. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, preferably with experience in a similar role. You'll need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be comfortable with the idea of working in multiple locations.
