Clinical Development Nurse - Complex Care Homes

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Divisional Clinical Development Nurse (RGN) at Barchester, you'll lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in our complex care homes across England. You'll be expected to support the performance of each home ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards. Reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, you'll analyse the results and identify practical strategies to make sure all residents receive the best possible care. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that all clinical staff are aware of and adhere to the company's clinical governance policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement and leadership principles. You'll be expected to work closely with the Home Managers, Clinical Leads and other stakeholders to ensure that the homes are performing to the highest clinical standards. You'll also be responsible for supporting the development of clinical staff and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
