CLINICAL DESIGN LEAD - SENIOR
Job description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Level Clinical Design Lead to join our healthcare architecture design practice. The Clinical Design Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating the clinical planning and design of complex healthcare projects, as well as serving as a mentor to junior staff members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare design, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the clinical planning and design of complex healthcare projects, ensuring that all design elements are aligned with the project's goals and objectives. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective design solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the design solutions provided. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the design process and outcomes. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in healthcare design, with a focus on clinical planning and design. Strong understanding of healthcare design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
