Dental 99 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Clinical Coordinator to join our team. Patient care is our priority. and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary. What you'll be doing Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures Manage patient records and schedules Coordinate with dentists and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow Provide patients with information and instructions on their treatment plans and aftercare requirements. What we're looking for A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
