Our successful applicant will: NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC. Proven experience in nursing leadership or team management. Community or homecare nursing experience preferred. Integrate and coordinate client care services, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address any gaps in service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and organizational policies.
