About the Role
- Oversee clinical care delivery and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of nurses and care staff.
- Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager to implement best practices.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents and families, fostering trust and confidence in care services.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in aged care leadership (Clinical Coordinator or senior RN role).
- Strong knowledge of compliance, accreditation, and quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
