Clinical Care Coordinator – Sunshine Coast

Unite Healthcare are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded Aged Care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for their Sunshine Coast facility.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate nurse leader to step into a pivotal role, supporting residents, families, and staff while driving excellence in clinical outcomes.

About the Role

Oversee clinical care delivery and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of nurses and care staff.
Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager to implement best practices.
Act as a key point of contact for residents and families, fostering trust and confidence in care services.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience in aged care leadership (Clinical Coordinator or senior RN role).
Strong knowledge of compliance, accreditation, and quality improvement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
