Clinical Audiologist

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Audiologist who will be responsible for conducting audiometric evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing audiological therapy, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Key Responsibilities Conduct audiometric evaluations using various testing methods, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and immittance testing. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide audiological therapy, including counseling and education, to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, speech-language pathologists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and services. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy sessions. Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing science through ongoing education and professional development. Requirements Education: Master's degree in Audiology or related field from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Audiologist. Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or equivalent certification. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. Knowledge of audiological testing methods and treatment options. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
