Join our team as a Clinical Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for both our customers and clinical team. You’ve got the talent for keeping things running smoothly, and we’ll provide expert training in clinical and optical practices.

Here’s where you’ll make your mark:

Clinic Flow: Be the key link between the retail team and Optometrists, ensuring pre-testing is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Sharp Scheduling: Answer phones, manage bookings, and assist with appointment changes to keep everything running clearly.
Focus on the Day-to-Day: Coordinate clinic operations, support stock management, and keep the store looking sharp while delivering great service under pressure.
