Job description

We are looking for a Part-Time Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our clinic near Clementi MRT. The role is ideal for students or younger candidates who are comfortable using computers to process patient claims and assist in administrative and clinical tasks.Key Responsibilities

Greet and register patients, assist with form-filling.
Manage appointment bookings and respond to patient inquiries.
Process billing, payments, and insurance/Medisave claims.
Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
Maintain clinic cleanliness and replenish supplies.
Support general clinic operations as required.

Requirements

Open to students.
Able to work at least 3–4 days per week, including night shifts.
Pleasant, service-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills required; prior clinic experience is a plus but not necessary (training provided).
