We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Climate Risk Analyst to help assess and manage climate-related risks impacting our organization and clients. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sustainability, data analysis, and translating climate insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct climate risk assessments, including physical and transition risk analysis.
• Analyze climate data, scenarios, and regulatory developments to support decision-making.
• Develop models and reports to evaluate climate exposure and financial impacts.
• Collaborate with risk, sustainability, and strategy teams to integrate climate considerations into business processes.
• Support development of climate risk frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., TCFD, ISSB).
• Monitor emerging climate policies, market trends, and best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in climate risk, sustainability, ESG, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with climate frameworks, scenario analysis, or environmental risk methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial risk concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Based in Singapore with the legal right to work full-time.
