Client Success Manager - Hospitality

Job Description The Opportunity: Forge a Path, Shape an Industry Flywire's Travel business is on a rapid growth trajectory, and we're looking for a pioneering Enterprise Client Success Manager to be a foundational member of our new Sertifi APAC team. This isn't just a role; it's a chance to build something from the ground up. You will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most important hospitality clients, driving their success by ensuring seamless implementation, accelerating product adoption, and fostering long-term relationships. As a key member of our APAC team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customized client success plans, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute customized client success plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel chains, resorts, and travel companies • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development • Analyze and report on client success metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to drive business results. What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its key players • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Travel industry certifications or designations a plus.
