Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities Client Servicing Handle client/distributor queries related to PMS & AIF portfolios, transactions, funding, capital calls, and reporting. Provide timely responses and maintain TAT across all communication channels. Track and close service requests through CRM/service desk systems. Funding, Capital Calls & Confirmations Track PMS funding and AIF commitment receipts. Share investment confirmations, capital call notices, distribution updates, and payout confirmations. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately in the CRM/service desk system. Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products or services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact client needs.
