Headquartered in the USA. We are currently looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our Client Services team based in Targoviste.

Preferred experience in Customer Service to native English Speakers 

Work Schedule: 15:30 – 00:30 Monday-Friday 

Job Summary: 

• Onboard new customers and guide users through their products 
• Verify professional, business, and financial credentials on behalf of our clients 
• Manage the Client Services queue 
• Follow team process and procedure guidelines 
• Conduct ZOOM meetings 
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to client support calls, ensuring that service questions and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner 

Requirements: 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Detail oriented 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and calendar 
• Excellent English verbal and written skills  
• Must represent the organization in a positive and professional manner 
• Works well in a team environment
