Client Services Manager

Job description

We're looking for a dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality services, support your staff to thrive, and ensure excellent outcomes for clients and their families.

As CSM, you'll lead a committed team and play a central role in service delivery and operational success. This includes managing referrals, recruiting and inducting staff, assigning appropriately skilled team members, and overseeing day-to-day processes. You'll also contribute to internal audits, maintain health and safety compliance, and foster a positive and proactive team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality service coordination and maximising service delivery.
  • Leading recruitment, induction, and orientation of direct reports.
  • Managing staff performance, encouraging development, and preventing issues.
  • Overseeing operational processes including rosters, leave, and training plans.
  • Maintaining positive and proactive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal audits and upholding Health & Safety standards.

About you:

  • Minimum two years' supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of ACC contracts (preferred).
  • Experience in a community or healthcare setting (preferred).
  • A client centric approach
  • Clean Police Clearance and commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, proactive, and flexible, with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
