• Provide outstanding client service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Solve client questions and problems quickly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date on our services and products to provide accurate information.
• Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work together with team members to improve service and share knowledge.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing best practices and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client service.
• Experience in client service is a plus, but not required.
• The ability to multitask effectively and manage client questions quickly.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and be part of a new cultural experience.
