Client Service Representative - Geosciences

With a broad range of staff experience and state-of-the-art instrumentation, we provide cross-analytical solutions for the Environmental, Energy, Geotechnical, Mining, Transportation, Industrial, Agri-food and Life Sciences. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing and managing client requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all client interactions are documented and tracked.
