Tasks

• Overall responsibility for central customer relationships and their strategic further development
• Führung and coaching of the account/consulting team
• Broadening existing budgets and active participation in new business and pitches
• Bridge between customer and the four units – you ensure measurable added value
• Responsibility for profitability, quality and long-term partnerships

Qualification

• Long-standing experience in customer management on Senior/Director level in an agency
• Demonstrable successes in building and developing customer relationships and budgets
• Leadership strength and the ability to develop teams at eye level
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a secure sense for brands and people
• Nice to have: Network in relevant industries (Automotive, Energy, Finance, Logistics)
• Nice to have: Experience with integrated campaigns across multiple disciplines
