WHAT YOU DO

• You lead 1-2 Client Service Leads and their teams, develop them strategically, set clear priorities, and ensure that the customer is efficiently, creatively, and high-quality treated.
• You ensure that brand, strategies, and workflows harmonize.
• You drive the teams on the client side forward and develop both them and the brand with innovative topics and senior consulting.
• You develop comprehensive communication, social, and influencer strategies and ensure they are operationally implemented.
• You steer forecasting, capacities, resources, and project prioritization across your entire client team and recognize risks early on.
• You are responsible for budgets, profitability, and offer, growth, and planning processes, and lead clear measures for management from there.
• You build our services actively, identify potential, and develop our working method and customer relationship further.
• You pack hands-on with it: You provide feedback on slides, write your own, make concepts more concrete, and bring customers forward through real content work and ownership.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You bring at least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in the agency field with – several years in leadership positions.
• You have a deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, creator economy, content & campaign production, and paid media.
• You have experience leading large brand accounts.
• You convince through leadership strength: You develop leads, build structures, and create clarity in team and brand.
• You work analytically, independently, structured, and practically.
• You are negotiation-strong, communication-strong, and sovereign in exchange with C-level stakeholders.
• You have fluent German knowledge and secure English for international stakeholder communication.
