Client Service Analyst - Profile Search & Selection (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

A regional asset management firm is looking to hire a Client Service Support Professional to partner with key institutional clients and global prospects.

This role sits at the crossroads of client servicing, portfolio reporting, investor relations, business development support, and client research. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams across Investments, Operations, and Compliance to deliver an exceptional client experience

This is a high-ownership role in a lean, dynamic environment—ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to step beyond a fixed job scope when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Relationship Support

1. Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client servicing matters
2. Coordinate client communications, meeting materials, and follow-up actions
3. Attend portfolio review meetings and document key discussion points

Client Portfolio Reporting & Analytics

1. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reports and presentation decks
2. Support performance calculations, attribution analysis, and portfolio analytics
3. Address client inquiries on performance, positioning, and firm updates
4. Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all deliverables

Investor Relations & Business Development Support

1. Conduct research on existing and prospective clients, including mandate suitability and engagement history
2. Assist in preparing investment presentations, pitch books, and due diligence material
3. Support and maintain the investor pipeline and CRM databases

Requirements Experience & Background

1. Open to consider 3–5 yrs junior Private Bankers/Corp Bankers /Junior Equity Sales / existing Asset Management Sales Support with good equity product exposure willing to show patience, passion and accountability
2. CFA levels a plus, understanding equity valuation skills essential
3. Experience working with institutional investors, family offices, or sophisticated HNW clients
