25 hybrid bilingual positions are available in the insurance industry, with the opportunity to support clients across Canada by phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts, offering advancement opportunities, a collaborative team culture, and a hybrid work mode (office and remote). What's in it for you :

• Hourly wage of $24.26, based on experience.
• 6-month contract with possibility of permanence.
• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.
• Weekly schedule, rotating shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (HE).
• Hybrid mode – 3 days in-person (Tuesday to Thursday) and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to incoming and outgoing client requests by phone, email, and chat regarding insurance claims, collective benefits, and new applications.
• Handle approximately 50 incoming calls per day and provide accurate and rapid information on insurance products and services.
• Troubleshoot system issues for members and respond to questions about plans.
• Use and navigate multiple internal systems to log, manage, and resolve client interactions.
• Ensure adherence to performance indicators (processing time, quality, customer satisfaction).
• Alternate between different work shifts during opening hours to support clients across Canada.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and service in all interactions.

What you'll need to succeed :

• Secondary education diploma or equivalent (College or University an asset).
• Bilingualism in French and English to effectively support clients across Canada in both official languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• +1 year of experience in customer service (call center, retail, or services sector).
• Mastery of Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Autonomy, motivation, and willingness for personal and professional development.
• Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
• Experience in the social benefits or insurance domain (an asset).
• Experience in high-volume contact centers (an asset).
• Knowledge of Salesforce (an asset).
• Experience with AWD imaging systems (an asset).
