Job description
The role requires the incumbent to oversee departmental strategy, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to drive operational excellence. The role requires the incumbent to coach and develop team members while ensuring alignment with broader business growth objectives. Responsibilities Supervise and review the day-to-day activities of the Team, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met Coach, mentor, and onboard new staff, delivering career development planning and growth opportunities. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and other departments. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the Team.
