Client Quality Intern

AUMOVIO La Tijera is looking for an intern to join our Client Quality area, with interest in being part of a leading company in the automotive sector.

The main activities to be developed as an intern in this area include:

• Maintenance of quality incident reports from our main clients.
• SUPPORT IN ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS within the problem-solving process.
• Knowledge and understanding of Client Specific Requirements, as well as different customer portals.
• SUPPORT IN MONITORING AND TRACKING OF PERFORMANCE SCORECARDS for various clients.
• Interaction with the warranty laboratory to track analysis of returned parts.
• Participation in engineering changes and support in reviewing and tracking required deliverables.
