Client Quality Intern

Job description

AUMOVIO La Tijera is looking for an intern to join our Client Quality area, with interest in being part of a leading company in the automotive sector.

The main activities to be developed as an intern in this area include:

Maintenance of quality incident reports from our main clients.
SUPPORT IN ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS within the problem-solving process.
Knowledge and understanding of Client Specific Requirements, as well as different customer portals.
SUPPORT IN MONITORING AND TRACKING OF PERFORMANCE SCORECARDS for various clients.
Interaction with the warranty laboratory to track analysis of returned parts.
Participation in engineering changes and support in reviewing and tracking required deliverables.
