We are looking for a Client Partner to support our clients across Africa, with a focus on South Africa . In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for our clients, driving software adoption, client satisfaction, and business outcomes. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a strong understanding of GRC software and business solutions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients across Africa, with a focus on South Africa • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs • Drive software adoption and client satisfaction • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to drive business outcomes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the GRC software industry • Strong understanding of GRC software and business solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Fluency in English (written and spoken) • Ability to work in a remote environment • Certification in a relevant field (e.g. PMP, Agile) is a plus.
