Client Outreach Coordinator (US Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa partners with a US-based client providing healthcare services to nursing home residents. We are seeking a Client Outreach Coordinator to follow up with leads, engage prospective clients, and guide them through the sign-up process. PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST), subject to daylight saving adjustments. Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and a reliable, stable connection is required. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: * Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone and email. * Manage and update the CRM database with client information. * Answer client inquiries and provide information about services. * Schedule appointments for sales representatives. * Follow up with leads to move them through the sales process. * Provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in healthcare. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Ability to work in a remote environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
