Client Onboarding Consultant (Pms) - Claremont & Hout Bay

Software Company providing all-in-one property management solutions to the hospitality industry based in Claremont & Hout Bay is currently recruiting for a Client Onboarding Consultant. You will be responsible for getting new clients up and running with their system setup accurately, on time and tailored to their specific needs. You won’t just be ticking boxes but setting up real businesses and helping them attract more bookings right from the start. Duties: Review new client handovers to make sure all necessary information is included; Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner; Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process; Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the setup accordingly; Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, proactive and professional. Requirements: Strong analytical skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Strong problem-solving skills; Experience in property management or hospitality industry an advantage.
