As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-established, premium client portfolio, delivering proactive accounting support, managing compliance, and offering practical advisory. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships while working independently within a high-performing team. With cloud-based systems streamlining workflows, you’ll focus on meaningful value-add work and enjoy a culture that genuinely supports work-life balance.

About You
- 3+ years of experience in New Zealand public practice
- CA or CPA qualified, or ideally working towards
- Confident with Xero and XPM, and keen on technology
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset and ready to make an impact
- Flexible, hybrid working with two days from home
- Increasing KiwiSaver contributions with tenure
- Modern cloud-based systems and a forward-thinking environment
- Growth opportunities within advisory
- A close-knit, supportive and motivated team where your voice matters
- 15+ years of experience in the Professional Services sector
