Client Manager / Senior Accountant

About the Role

As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-established, premium client portfolio, delivering proactive accounting support, managing compliance, and offering practical advisory. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships while working independently within a high-performing team. With cloud-based systems streamlining workflows, you’ll focus on meaningful value-add work and enjoy a culture that genuinely supports work-life balance.

About You

• 3+ years of experience in New Zealand public practice
• CA or CPA qualified, or ideally working towards
• Confident with Xero and XPM, and keen on technology
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset and ready to make an impact
