Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent Contract) Department: Housing Services Union: Included (CUPE Local 2497) Salary: $29/hr File : 25-HS-23 (2 OPEN) Posting Date: September 16, 2025 Posting Close: September 30, 2025 The Client Intervention Worker will be required to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Position Summary Reporting to the Manager, Shelter and Respite Services, the Client Intervention Worker will support the Homelessness and Addictions Recovery Treatment Hub (HART Hub) in providing a range of services to clients with complex needs. This includes but is not limited to: Providing individualized support to clients, facilitating group sessions, and connecting clients with community resources. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or addiction, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Client Intervention Worker will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and services provided.
