Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Understand customers' needs, provide tailored solutions, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Handle general and account-related enquiries, resolving issues accurately and efficiently at the first point of contact whenever possible.
• Manage customer orders, including order processing, status updates, back orders, and communicating relevant information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and escalate after-sales service and customer care enquiries to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, or a call centre environment, preferably within the luxury fashion or luxury retail industry.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including Public Holidays on a rotational basis.
• Proficiency in an additional language will be an advantage.
