Client Experience Coordinator

Your Role: As a CEC, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the repair process with empathy, efficiency, and clear communication. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the repair experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and on the phone. * Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members. * Schedule appointments for estimates, repairs, and follow-ups. * Provide clients with clear and concise information about the repair process, including timelines and updates. * Assist clients with insurance claims and paperwork. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and repair progress. * Handle client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking resolutions to ensure client satisfaction. * Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. * Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs. * Process payments and manage financial transactions. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience with customer service or client relations. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
